If you are on a tour for the giant floer at Batu katak, on your return back to the Bukit lawang you could explore these places as well, otherwise the Explore village tour can be done y TUK TUK or BICYCLE. The aim of this tour is to visit the home production of Tempeh, Tofu or Palm sugar. Take a part in making process of the these products.
There is also a place where you could drink the coconut water for your electrolyte liquid. If the durian on season, you could give a try to eat some durian as well. There are so many thing you could do and participate with the local to get to know the locals. If there is a wedding in the village, feel free to take part and participate. you are mostly welcome to do so. Please go with the local guide
