At Sumatra Tour & Travel, we aim to provide reliable and enjoyable travel experiences. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all customers.

Tour & Package Cancellations

• More than 30 days before travel: Up to 90% refund

• 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund

• 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

Short Tours (1–2 Days)

• More than 7 days: 80% refund

• 3–7 days: 30% refund

• Less than 72 hours: No refund

Non-Refundable Items

• Visa fees

• Travel insurance

• Non-refundable hotel bookings

• Flight tickets (subject to airline rules)

• Discounted or promotional packages

Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a tour due to operational or safety reasons, customers will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
For force majeure events (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), refunds may be replaced with travel credits.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Bank or transaction fees may apply.

No-Show

No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable.
