Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a tour due to operational or safety reasons, customers will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
For force majeure events (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), refunds may be replaced with travel credits.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Bank or transaction fees may apply.
No-Show
No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable.
