This jungle trek is suitable for those who are passing by the city of medan and don’t have much time. This tour start from your hotel in medan early at 5.30 am drive to bukit lawang then start the jungle trek for 6 to 7 hours. Leaving from Bukit lawang back to Medan by 4 or 5 in the afternoon

PICK UP FROM HOTEL AT 5.30 AM

We will pick you up from your hotel in medan or near medan by 5.30 am. Start driving through the city of medan, binjai city and the rest of the rurals area for 3 hours. Should be arrived by 8.30 am in bukit lawang. Its time for breakfast and tea. Meet and greet the Guide and the team with small briefing

START JUNGLE TREK TOUR

Start the jungle trek by 8.30am or as soon as you are ready. Stroll along the path with steady inclined. passing through the local plantation such as coffee, rubber , cocoa and many others. Keep on going until reached the gate or border of the national park. Keep on walking and enjoy the jungle and observing it until lunch time by 12 oclock. Lunch will be serve also with the tropical fruit. Do it on your own phase. take break as needed since you will be walking through it for another 3 -4 hours.

The main challenges and obstacles are the Heat, Humidity, Mosquito, Leeches and other bugs. Some plants are has strong smell and some other has something that could iritate your skin, be aware of it. Avoid having contact with Scorpion and centipede or aother bugs around the ground.

TRANSPORT BACK TO MEDAN by 4PM

Start the transfer back to your hotel in medan city by 4pm or anytime you are ready. It takes about  3 hours ride.
