Jungle trek Itinerary

At this 1-day ethical jungle trekking you will be picked up at about 9 pm after breakfast at the hotel where you are staying. We cross the Bohorok River and begin the adventure in the jungle. Our goal is to see orangutans, but we also hope to spot other animals. Along the way, the guide shares his knowledge of the animals and plants we pass. If you see something interesting on the tour, feel free to ask the guide what it is.

During the tour, exotic delicious fruits will be served, that are harvested from this region. Around noon we will stop at the “Jungle restaurant” and get a delicious lunch. Afterwards we continue our ethical trekking for a few hours, where we continue to explore the jungle. In the afternoon we arrive at the jungle station where we take the jungle taxi back to your hotel.

During this part of our tour it’s important not to feed animals or throw plastic into the wild, but instead put it in your backpack until we get back to the hotel.
